What types of items do you accept for consignment?
We accept a select range of high quality, gently used items, including clothing, accessories, and other baby items.
Here is a list of some of the brands we love and will almost always accept:
Typically we will accept items that are in NWT/NWOT/EUC/VGUC and Good Condition that are a high quality children's brand name item. From time to time, we will accept items in play condition from these brands if it does not affect the functionality of the item or it is a high demand brand or size. Please refer below for definitions
Typically, common brands such as Carters, George, Old Navy, Joe Fresh, etc. are not accepted by our store; however, for items that are in new condition, high demand sizes, Gold Tier Customers, etc. exceptions may occur.

How does the consignment process work?
When you send us your items, we will evaluate them based on quality and demand. Once accepted, we will display them in our store, and you will earn a percentage of the sale price once your item sells.
What is the commission rate for consigned items?
Our commission rates vary depending on the type of item and its selling price. Typically, you can expect to earn between 40% to 70% of the sale price, depending on your loyalty tier. First timers can typically expect 40% back on items they consign with us. For specific details, please visit our Loyalty Page.
How long will my items be on display?
Your items will be displayed for a predetermined period, usually 60 to 90 days. If they do not sell within that timeframe, we will contact you to discuss options based on your contract.
Can I pick up unsold items after the consignment period?
Yes, you can pick up your unsold items after the consignment period ends. We will notify you when it's time to collect them, or you can check in with us via email.
What happens if my item sells?
Once your item sells, we will process the payment and notify you. Your earnings will be available via e-transfer or can be applied as store credit for future purchases.
Do you offer pickup, or bulk item submissions?
Yes, we do offer both pickup and bulk item submission. Please contact us to see you if you qualify for this service and if any fees apply.
Item Quality Definitions
New with Tags (NWT) or New Without Tags (NWOT)
- never worn or washed.
Excellent Used Condition (EUC)
- no pilling
- iron-on tag/tag intact,
- no wash wear,
- no stains/marks
Very Good Used Condition (VGUC)
- minimal signs of wear,
- minimal pilling,
- iron-on tag/tag intact,
- no stains/marks
Good Used Condition (GUC)
- some pilling,
- iron-on tag starting to wear off (if applicable),
- some wash wear,
- no stains/marks
Play
- pilling and wash wear all over,
- fading print/colour,
- iron-on tag worn off,
- ANY kind of stains/marks,
- ANY size hole.
